It’s that time of year again where ticks seem more prevalent then ever. Ticks enjoy forested and grassy areas and our range is no exception. Over the last few weeks we have spread a significant amount of poison meant to lessen the tick population on our ranges. Despite that you may still find ticks on you from your time at our facilities.
The following website is a great resource for tick identification and information. Dog ticks, are not known to transmit Lyme disease while Deer ticks are. https://extension.umaine.edu/ticks/maine-ticks/
Range Safety Orientation If you are a new member who still needs to complete Range Safety Orientation, our next orientation will be Sunday April 25, 2021 at 11:00am at the Lisbon Fish & Game.
Please call, email or message us in advance if you plan to attend this day.

Our next Membership meeting will be held at the American Legion, 2nd floor, 10 Webster Road Lisbon ME at 7pm. Masks and social distancing will be required.
